DNA match exceeding 70% then you see some of their personal information, and they see

and preferences. Either person can decline from the reciprocal data sharing, cutting the

further promotions and other commercial communications by following the “unsubscribe”
directions included with each newsletter.
You can also request that your 23andMe data be deleted by sending an email request to
delete23andMe@dnaromance.com. Please note that this will cancel your membership, and it
may take up to 30 days to remove your personally identifiable information from our systems.
If you submit a DNA sample to DNA Romance, then will own the research and analysis of the
results. However, you will remain the owner of the samples you provide. Your samples will be
stored with DNA Romance so that updates can be applied to your profile, the samples can be
destroyed at your direction by emailing destroyDNA@dnaromance.com. We do not guarantee
long term storage of your samples, nor can they be retrieved from us in the future. We don’t
claim to provide diagnostic DNA testing for health conditions, and do not provide information
to your insurance company. Please note that this request will cancel your membership, and it
may take up to 30 days to remove your personally identifiable information from our systems.
